It has come to our attention that misinformation about Safe Streets has been circulated in the community. Please be aware that firearms training does not fit with Safe Streets' mission, and that anyone offering such training is not affiliated with our organization. We welcome your comments and concerns on this matter.
On every fourth Tuesday of the month, Safe Streets conducts Block Watch organizing training for members of the community who want to start up or strengthen a Block Watch, Neighborhood Watch or Business Watch group in their neighborhood.

Learn how to start and sustain a neighborhood patrol. This free training will teach Tacoma residents how to safely and effectively make a difference in neighborhood safety.
